FAQ

What is TopSoccer?
TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is an inclusive program that brings the joy of soccer to boys and girls with intellectual, emotional, or physical disabilities. It began as a grassroots effort and has grown, with US Youth Soccer’s support, into one of the most widely praised adaptive sports programs in the country.

How are the games played?
Players are grouped by ability and understanding of the game. Each team is supported by volunteer “buddies” (ages 10–60) who help players stay engaged and have fun. Some players may choose not to play in a traditional game — and that’s okay! We offer creative activities like soccer bowling, parachute soccer, and soccer croquet so that everyone can participate in a way that works for them.

Is there an age limit?
No. We welcome both children and adults of all ages.

When and where are the games played?
A: Games are held on Thursdays at Freedom Ridge Park Stadium Field in Ridgeland:
– Children: 5:30 – 6:30 PM
– Adults: 6:30 – 7:30 PM
The Spring 2026 season runs from March 19 to May 7, 2026.

How do I register and what does it cost?
A: Registration runs from February 2 through March 19, 2026. The cost is $5 for every player that did
not play in the fall of 2025. There is no cost for players that played in the fall of 2025. Download the
